Microbrewery
Concerned by healthy nutrition, Les Bieres de la Nouvelle-France succeeded in brewing new tasting beers, starting from raw ancestral materials such as the German wheat and buckwheat. A great care is taken to produce distinctive beers. Spring water and first quality natural ingredients, without any preservative or additive, are used.

Reservation and payment policy
- Minimum: 10 persons
- The exact number of persons should be confirmed 48 hours before the visit’s date.
- Confirmed number of persons will be billed.
- Group’s payment: cash, debit, Visa or Master Card.
- An amount of 25% of the total amount will be charged, if cancellation happens 48 hours before visit’s date.
- An amount of 50% of the total amount will be charged, if cancellation happens the day of the visit.
