Ambrée de Sarrasin is a clear, sparkling, light-copper beer crowned by a thick, effervescent and long-lasting head of small bubbles. It exudes an aroma of grains and spices which reminds the sweetness of spiced bread with a zest of orange.

Dense, complex and smooth to the taste, this beer is long-lasting to the palate, with its flavours of buckwheat and caramel tainted with clove, pepper, cinnamon and vanilla.
